We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Therapist in Oklahoma City (on-site). This role is approximately 40 hours per week, providing individual, family, and child therapy in a trauma-informed, supportive environment. Supervision is available for candidates working toward licensure.

- Schedule: ~40 hours/week, set clinic days (on-site)
- Caseload: individual, family & child therapy
- Team: collaborative, trauma-informed, growth-minded
- Licensure: supervision available
- Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000/year (DOE)
- Provide therapy for individuals, children, and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Support clients through life transitions, grief, and family dynamics
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance
- Coordinate care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven culture
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or working toward licensure — supervision available)
- Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed care and family systems therapy
- Compassionate, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
